A born builder with a knack for engineering, Yaniv started taking things apart in grade school just to teach himself how to put them together again. After a decade-long journey that includes working behind the scenes in Hollywood studios, a stint as a celebrity bodyguard and time served in the Israeli military, Yaniv forged his dream career as a licensed contractor running multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction projects. Yaniv discovered a love of building while constructing sets for television shows. He then co-founded The Ketter Group, pivoting to a full-time contracting career. As a managing member, Yaniv blends his mechanical inclinations with a high personal standards to provide clients with a seamless experience and stellar results. Yaniv’s expertise in large-scale construction projects allows him to comfortably sit at the helm of any construction project, from high-end home renovations to commercial, residential and retail spaces with 40 units or more. With a talent for scoping and managing large projects and an innate talent structural engineering, Yaniv brings his unique skillset and unparalleled passion to every endeavor. Yaniv lives with his wife and family in Sherman Oaks. When he’s not spending time with his three children, he’s working on his other three “children”: A ‘53 Chevrolet truck, a ‘64 Cadillac convertible and a ‘54 Mercury.

The son of a prominent Los Angeles architect, Boaz learned design, construction and development at an age when most people are still learning to drive. By the time he was 24, Boaz had worked his way up to Executive VP of Construction and Development, assuming full control of both the development and construction affiliates of Kozar Properties, Inc. As co-founder of The Ketter Group, Boaz combines his expertise of architecture, interior design and development with his extensive knowledge of construction to offer a unique “one-stop-shop” experience. A hands-on executive, Boaz has been called a “visionary,” a designer and developer known for creating viable solutions to seemingly intractable problems. His authoritative understanding of both design and construction disciplines allows Boaz to communicate effectively across the continuum of any project, and his affable nature has created harmony out of the occasionally discordant process of commercial development. Boaz has overseen projects as wide-ranging as affordable housing developments to luxury Beverly Hills condominiums. He designed and developed the first buildings constructed over the existing subway tunnel in Koreatown and brings his unique perspective and onsite problem-solving skills to every development in which he is involved. In all, Boaz has personally managed and executed real estate projects totaling more than $500 million, ranging from custom single-family homes to largescale commercial and mixed-use projects. Boaz lives in Mar Vista with his wife and two daughters. He is active in the Mar Vista Neighborhood Council and the Great Street Program, and he serves as a board member at A Kid’s Place.

David Levy provides over a decade of development real estate experience to the Ketter Group; serving as a managing principal at the Ketter Group, Levy is involved in acquisitions, development, investor relations and asset management of the Groups portfolio.  Mr. Levy brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in areas such as business development, financial strategy and long-term budgetary oversight. Levy has been involved in various successful real estate acquisitions and developments both domestically and internationally and has personally developed over $125 Million in developments since 2015.   David is a Los Angeles Native currently living in L.A. with his wife and 2 children.
